  • Brian Silcott was a standout lacrosse midfielder for the Golden Flyers who twice was honored as an All-American by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association
     
  • Team captain for two seasons and a key contributor to the Golden Flyers’ first national championship in 1992
     
  • 1992 season included 14 goals, 153 face-off wins and 105 ground balls
     
  • Scored twice in a 13-12 overtime win over Hobart in the NCAA semifinals and added a goal in the 22-11 win over Roanoke in the national championship game in Philadelphia
     
  • Helped the Golden Flyers reach the national semifinals again in 1993 by scoring 14 goals and winning 111 face-offs
     
  • Named as a first-team All-American in 1993 and was the recipient of the Fran McCall Award as the Outstanding Midfielder in Division III
     
  • Helped the Golden Flyers to a three-year record of 36-6 with three NCAA Tournament berths
