Ithaca, NY - Day 2 of the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Team was a success for the women's track and field team as the women's 4x200 relay of
Alexis Lasher,
Alaina Morley,
Lauren Bendall, and
Jasmine Kendrick placed third and broke the existing school record with a time of 1:47.09. The previous record was 1:47.54 set in 2013.
Senior
Lea Richard, competed in the women's weight throw and took second place with a throw of 17.34 meters (56' 10" ¾). Richard is currently ranked 14
th in the country in the weight throw.
In the women's triple jump,
Katie Jacques took 8th with a score of 11.20 meters (36' 9") and
Sydney LaSalle took 10th place and jumped 10.87 meters (35' 8").
