2024-25 // JUNIOR
- Was a regular competitor for the Golden Flyers
- At the Nazareth Alumni Opener Invite, helped Nazareth to a 1st place finish in the 4x200 (1:48.56) and recorded a 1st place finish in the 60 m (7.93 s)
- Recorded a 1st place finish in the 60 m (7.94 s) at the Brockport Friday Night Rust Buster
- Finished 5th in the 200 m (27.23 s) at the Brockport Invite
- At the Empire 8 Indoor track & field championships, recorded a 5th place finish in the 60 m (7.97 s) and a 2nd place finish in the long jump (5.44 m)
- Helped Nazareth to a 3rd place finish at the AARTFC Indoor track & field championships in the 4x200 (1:47.09)
- Recorded two PR's at the Rochester Spring Twilight, one in the 200 m (26.17 s) and the long jump (5.60 m). Her 200 m PR sits 6th all time in school. history
- At the Empire 8 outdoor track & field championships, finsihed 3rd in the 100 m (12.52 s), 7th in the high jump (1.45 m), and helped Nazareth to a 3rd place finish in the 4x100 (49.05)
- At the AARTFC outdoor track & field championships, recorded a PR in the 100 m (12.28 s), this sits 2nd in school history
- Empire 8 Second-Team indoor honoree for long jump
2023-24 // SOPHOMORE
- Was a regular competitor for the Golden Flyers
- Earned a PR in the 60m hurdles (10.29), the 800 (2:55.90), and shot put (8.45m) at the RIT February Friday Invitational
- At the Empire 8 Indoor Track and Field Championship meet, placed 2nd in the 60 (7.88 seconds) and long jump (5.45) with PR scores. Also placed 3rd in the 200 (26.45) and high jump (1.51m)
- At the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, placed 11th in the 4x200 (1:48.09)
- During the outdoor season, earned a PR in the 200 (26.42) at the Brockport Multi & Invitational
- Earned PRs in the high jump (1.52m) and javelin throw (26.60m) at the RIT Outdoor Track Invitational
- At the E8 Outdoor Track and Field Championship meet, placed 1st in the 4x100 (49.41), 3rd in the 100 (PR time of 12.62), 3rd in the high jump (1.52m), 3rd in the long jump (5.29m), 4th in the 200 (26.73), and 10th in javelin throw (25.95m
- At the AARTFC Outdoor Championship meet, placed 9th in the long jump (5.37m) and 15th in the 4x100 (49.66)
- Nmed by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) to its All-Academic team (3.30 GPA and top 50 ranking nationally)
- Empire 8 First-Team honoree for 4x100 relay
- Empire 8 Third-Team honoree for the 100, long jump, and high jump
- Empire 8 Second-Team indoor honoree for the 60 and the long jump
- Empire 8 Third-Team indoor honoree for the 200 and the high jump
- Nmed by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) to its All-Region team
- Named to the President's List for Academic Excellence in the fall 2023 semester.
2022-23 // FRESHMAN
- Competed for the Golden Flyers and helped Nazareth claim its first-ever Empire 8 Conference titles
- Ran on the 4 x 100-meter relay (:49.53) that finished 2nd at the E8 outdoor meet
- Finished 7th in the 100-meter dash (:12.93) and 8th in the 200-meter dash (:27.00)
- Finished 8th in the 60-meter dash (8.20) during the indoor season
- Represented the Golden Flyers on the E8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA or higher) for the fall 2022 semester.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Graduate of Pittsford Mendon High School, where she was a four-year member of the track and field team there
- Competed in the high, triple and long jump, along with the 100-meter dash and the 4 x 200 and 4 x 100-meter relays
- Scholar Athlete and Founders Scholarship recipient
- Also played varsity soccer
