Nazareth College Athletics

Daughter of Marc LaSalle and Kelly Steamer, Fairport, N.Y.... returning for her third track and field season, LaSalle competed regularly in multiple events for the Golden Flyers in the 2023-24 season... LaSalle earned her PR in the 200 with a time of 27.86 at the Golden Eagle Welcome Back Meet in January, her PR for the pentathlon (2742) at the 2024 Bomber Invitational, and her PR in the 60 with a time of 8.34 at the RIT February Invitational... at the E8 Indoor Track and Field Championship meet, LaSalle placed 4th in the high jump with a height of 1.46 meters... at the AARTFC Indoor Championships, she placed 9th in triple jump with a PR distance of 11.26 meters... during the outdoor season, LaSalle earned a PR in high jump at the Rochester Spring Twilight meet with a height of 1.59 meters... at the E8 Outdoor Track and Field Championship meet, LaSalle placed 1st in the 4x100 (49.41), 2nd in the high jump (1.52m), and 6th in the triple jump (10.75m)... at the AARTFC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, LaSalle placed 15th in the 4x100 (49.66), and 19th in the triple jump (10.73m)... Empire 8 First-Team honoree for 4x100 relay... Empire 8 Second-Team honoree for high jump.

2022-23: LaSalle excelled in multiple events for the Golden Flyers in 2023... represented the Golden Flyers in the heptathlon and finished fifth at the Empire 8 Conference Outdoor meet as Nazareth won its first-ever team title... score of 3,109 was highlighted by personal-bests in the shots put (7.06 meters), the 200-meter dash (:28.21) and the 800-meter run (2:37.00)... indoor season featured a personal-best leap of 10.60 meters (34 feet, 9.5 inches) in the triple jump ... on the Empire 8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA or better) for the fall semester.

Scholastic: a graduate of Our Lady of Mercy, LaSalle competed in jumps and sprint for the track and field team there... three-time scholar athlete award winner.
