HILTON, NY (nazathletics.com) - Nazareth Women's Track & Field placed seven student-athletes on Empire 8 All-Conference teams after impressive performances at the E8 Outdoor Championships, May 1-2. The Golden Flyers earned 15 honors across 13 events.
All-Conference honors are determined by championship meet finishes, with first-place finishers earning First Team recognition, second-place finishers receiving Second Team honors and third-place finishers earning Third Team accolades.
Leading the way for the Golden Flyers was senior
Samantha Luba, who claimed First Team All-Conference honors in the 100-meter hurdles after winning the event in 14.83 seconds. Luba also earned Second Team recognition in the long jump with a leap of 5.63 meters.
Senior
Isabel Morse captured the Empire 8 title in the pole vault, clearing 3.92 meters to earn First Team All-Conference honors. Senior
Alaina Morley also secured First Team recognition by winning the long jump with a mark of 5.66 meters. Morley added a Third Team selection in the 100-meter dash after placing third in 12.48 seconds.
Nazareth's pole vault squad continued its dominance as senior
Rosie Morse and junior
Kiara Tornusciolo tied for second place at 3.56 meters, earning Second Team All-Conference honors.

Sydney LaSalle in the triple jump (11.30 meters), senior
Abbey Conquest in the javelin (33.00 meters), and the 4x800-meter relay team of junior

Mariah LeGrow, which finished second in 9:36.07.
Third Team All-Conference honorees for Nazareth included
Madyson Bush in the triple jump (11.28 meters) and the 4x100-meter relay team of
Alexis Lasher,
Alaina Morley,
Jasmine Kendrick and Luba, which placed third in 49.34 seconds.
In addition to her All-Conference performance, Bush was selected as Nazareth's representative on the Empire 8 Women's Outdoor Track & Field Tomorrow's Leaders Team, recognizing student-athletes who excel in competition, academics and community involvement.
