Prelim Results | Final Results

WEBSTER, NY - The men's swimming and diving team jumped up to 306 total points after day three of the E8 Championship meet. Ryan Hough broke his own school record in the 200 yard free as the first leg of the 800 yard free relay with a time of 1:42.02. Heading into the final day of competition the rankings and point totals are as follows:

The evening started with the 200 yard medley relay, where Nazareth placed 4th and 13th. The 4th place team consisted of Adam DelGrand, Sam Romanosky, William Danaher, and Ryan Hough who combined for a time of 1:40.14. Solomon Panayil, David Martin, Jackson Gerbes, and Lincoln Garwood was the 13th place team with a time of 1:43.41.

Danaher, DelGrand, and Gerbes also competed in the 200 yard butterfly and took 6th, 7th, and 9th, Danaher with a personal best time of 2:03.93.

Will D'Agata competed in the men's 1 meter dive and took 4th with a score of 404.20.

The final race of the evening was the 800 yard freestyle relay where the team of Hough, Gianluca Antonini, Danaher, and DelGrand took 5th with a time of 7:13.96. In 12th place was Garwood, Martin, Alexander Baxter, and Gerbes with a combined time of 7:40.49.

The final day of the E8 Championship meet begins at 10 am for the prelims and 5:30 pm for the finals.
