HILTON, N.Y. (nazathletics.com) - Nazareth Field Hockey sophomore Michaela Cushman earned back-to-back Empire 8 Co-Offensive Player of the Week honors, the conference announced Monday afternoon. 

Her third career Player of the Week honor, Cushman posted seven points on three goals and one assist in two wins for Nazareth last week. She netted a goal and an assist in 8-0 win over Morrisville Wednesday then recorded her fourth two-goal game of the season with two goals in 6-2 victory over Brockport Saturday. 

Cushman ranks second in the Empire 8 with 2.38 points and .923 goals per game. She also sits in fourth with .538 assists per contest. 

Nazareth Field Hockey returns to action at St. John Fisher, Wednesday, Oct. 22. Start time is scheduled for 7 p.m. on Empire 8 Network.
