Erie, PA - The Nazareth Men's Swimming and Diving team was unable to total enough points against Penn State Behrend in the Saturday afternoon meet, falling to Penn State 196-68.
In the 1000-yard freestyle sophomore
Gianluca Antonini won with a time of 10:59.19.
In the 100-yard freestyle
Ryan Hough had a first-place finish with a time of 47.95.
Junior
Adam DelGrand took second in the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:10.26.
Hough also finished second in both the 200-yard freestyle and 50-yard freestyle with times of 1:46.66 and 21.77
Sophomores Antonini and
Jackson Gerbes took second and third place in the 500-yard freestyle with times of 5:15.80 and 5:18.93.
Nazareth returns to action on Saturday, February 1 at Monroe Community College to attend the Double Dual contest with Roberts Wesleyan.
