Following the loss, the Golden Flyers slip to 4-4-1 overall. With the victory, Amherst improves to 5-1 overall. The one goal that the Lord Jeffs scored on Sunday was their fewest in a game this season.
With 7:18 remaining in the opening period, Topher Flanagan scored his fourth goal of the season. Aaron Deutsch and David White were credited with the assists. The scoring opportunity followed a faceoff victory by Amherst. In the opening minutes of the period, sophomore

Both teams were whistled for five penalties. The Golden Flyers' defense held Amherst to 0-5 on the power play. Nazareth was 0-4 with the man-advantage.
The Golden Flyers host Geneseo on Tuesday in another non-conference contest. Nazareth returns to ECAC West action on December 5th when the Golden Flyers travel to play Elmira.
