Six Men Earn USTFCCCA All-Region Honors

Full All-Region Selections

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its all-region selections with six Nazareth men earning honors. The Distance Medley Relay team of Ethan Kenyon, Benjamin Lewis, Cole Hastings, and Cade Eells, along with shot putter Graeden Heichberger and heptathlete Jack Pomykaj earned the distinction.

The top-5 individuals in each event from each region on the year-end Descending Order Lists earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-3 relay teams.

Nazareth's Distance Medley Relay was second in the region at 10:23.45 set at the DIII Elite Meet on February 14. That is the fastest time in school history.

Heichenberger was fifth in the shot put for the region at 15.34 meters (50' 4") set at the DIII Elite Meet. That mark is also a school record.

Pomykaj scored 4,584 (school record) in the heptathlon at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships which ranked fifth in the region.
