2024-25 // JUNIOR
  • Competed frequently for the Golden Flyers
  • Finished 5th (1:08.94) in the 500 at the Nazareth Alumni Opener Invite
  • Recorded another 5th place finish in the 800 (1:59.87) at the Brockport Invite
  • Helped Nazareth to a 1st place finish in the DMR (10:23.45) at the D3 Elite Meet, this sits 1st in school history
  • Recorded a PR in the 800 (1:59.26) at the 2025 Coach P Invite
  • At the Empire 8 Indoor Track & Field Championships, helped Nazareth to two 5th place finishes in the 4x400 (3:29.41) and the DMR (10:37.52)
  • The time in the DMR is good for 8th in school history
  • Finished 18th in the 800 (2:01.90) Empire 8 Outdoor Track & Field Championships

  • At the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, Hastings placed 2nd as part of the distance medley relay (10:45.07), as well as placing 5th in the 800 (2:00.74)
  • At the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, he was part of the 1st place 4x800 team (7:59.53) and he took 5th in the 800 with a PR time (1:59.33)
  • At the AARTFC Outdoor Championship meet, he helped the 4x800 team took 9th (8:04.32)
  • Competed in three events in his freshman debut including the 400 (PR, 52.21 seconds), the 500 (PR, 1:08.73), and the 800 (PR, 1:59.33)
  • Was also a member of the men's soccer team in the 2024 season
  • Empire 8 First-Team in the 4x800 relay
  • Empire 8 Second-Team Indoor in the distance medley relay relay

HIGH SCHOOL
  • Graduate of Webster Thomas High School, where he excelled there in soccer and track
  • Earned first-team Monroe County League all-star honors in both sports, midfielder in soccer and as a middle distance runner in track
  • Helped soccer team to league title in 2020 and track team to Section Five titles in 2022 and 2023
  • Part of 4 x 800-meter relay that captured sectional title and competed at the state meet
