Biography

Son of Robert and Cynthia Kenyon, Brookfield, Mass... returning for his fourth track and field season, Kenyon competed frequently for the Golden Flyers in the 2023-24 seasons... earned a PR in the 3000 in January with a time of 9:11.91... at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, Kenyon placed 2nd as part of the distance medley relay with a time of 10:45.07 and 11th in the 3000 with a time of 9:12.20... at the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, Kenyon and the rest of the distance medley relay team placed 8th with a combined time of 10:27.79... earned a PR in the 5000 with a time of 15:49.79 in April... at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, Kenyon placed 3rd in the 1500 and 3000 steeplechase with respective times of 4:07.87 and 9:41.39, as well as 7th in the 5000 with a time of 16:10.38... earned a PR in the 1500 with a time of 4:03.02 at the Inter Regional Extravaganza in May... at the AARTFC Outdoor Championship meet, Kenyon placed 10th in the 3000 steeplechase with a PR time of 9:40.00... Empire 8 Third-Team in the steeplechase and the 1500... Empire 8 Second-Team Indoor in the distance medley relay relay.

XC 2023: Kenyon was a standout for the Golden Flyers’ cross country team in the fall of 2023… helped Nazareth to a second-place finish at the Empire 8 Conference meet in Victor by placing seventh individually (25:59.4 for 8 kilometers) to gain first-team all-conference recognition… also placed 61st at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional race at Houghton (26:10.7)… had a personal-best 8k time of 25:57.7 at the Mike Woods Invitational at Geneseo.

2022-23: Kenyon helped the Golden Flyers claim their first-ever E8 outdoor track and field title in 2023 with a third-place finish in the 4 x 800-meter relay (8:17.80) and an eighth-place effort in the 1,500-meter run (4:17.76)… season included personal-best times in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:15.79) and the 5,000-meter run (16:29.45)… helped the 2022 cross country team win its third straight E8 with a ninth-place finish (26:28.3) over the 8k course at Houghton, good for second-team all-conference. 

2021-22: Kenyon competed regularly indoors and outdoors in track and field and was part of the winning 4 x 800-meter relay (8:08.40) at the Empire 8 Conference meet during the outdoor season in 2022 and was fifth in both the 3,000-meter steeplechase (10:17.29) and the 1,500-meter run (4:18.67)… also had top times of 1:59.49 for 800 meters and 4:10.13 for 1,500 meters… indoor season included a first-place finish in the Distance Medley Relay (11:00.48) at the E8 Conference meet at Utica… also posted a personal-best time of 4:40.82 in the mile… Kenyon ran cross country for the Golden Flyers in the fall of 2021 and finished 28th at the Empire 8 Conference meet at Washington County Fairgrounds with an 8-kilometer time of 28:10.4.

Scholastic: a graduate of Tantasqua Regional High School in Massachusetts, Kenyon competed in cross country, lacrosse and track and field there... earned cross country all-league honors in the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association for 2019... recipient of Abigail Adams Scholarship.
