Son of Michelle Eells, Ithaca, N.Y... returning for his fourth track and field season, Eells competed regularly in the 2023-24 seasons... earned a PR in the 500 at Brockport in January in the 500 with a time of 1:12.29... earned a PR in the mile in February with a time of 4:19.35... at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet Eells took the title in the mile with a time of 4:29.23, as well as finishing second in the 800 and 3000 with respective times of 1:59.02 and 8:50.47... at the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, Eells finished 21st in the mile with a time of 4:22.20... at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, Eells took home another champion title in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a time of 9:18.54, as well as finishing second in the 1500 with a time of 4:05.83, and 3rd in the 5000 with a time of 15:31.25... at the AARTFC Outdoor Championship meet, Eells placed 2nd in the 3000 meter steeplechase with a PR time of 9:03.01, taking the Nazareth school record... holds Empire 8 Championship steeplechase record at 9:18.54... named to the All-Academic team (3.30 GPA and ranked in the top 50 athletically) by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association... Empire 8's Track Athlete of the Year... named to the All-Region team by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association... earned Empire 8 President’s List honors in the Fall and Spring semester for academic excellence... named to the All-Academic team (3.30 GPA and ranked in the top 50 athletically) by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association... was named Empire 8's Track Athlete of the Year... Empire 8 Second-team for the 1500... Empire 8 Third-Team for the 5k... Empire 8 First-Team Indoor in the mile... Empire 8 Second-Team Indoor in the 800 and the 3000... XC 2023: Eells was the Golden Flyers’ top runner for the cross country team in the fall of 2023… named E8 co-Runner of the Year and first-team all-conference after placing second at the Empire 8 Conference meet in Victor with an 8-kilometer time of 25:06.7… also finished 17th (25:00.9) at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional meet at Houghton… personal-best 8k time of 24:53.6 came at the Mike Woods Invitational at Geneseo.

2022-23: excelled for the Golden Flyers in both the indoor and outdoor seasons in 2023… named Empire 8 Track Athlete of the Year for the outdoor season after winning both the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:38.37) and the 5,000-meter run (15:31.60) and finishing second in the 1,500-meter run (4:06.93) as Nazareth won its first-ever outdoor title… also set a school record in the 3,000 steeplechase (9:15.23) with a fifth-place finish at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Susquehanna… had personal-best times in the 1,500 (4:03.74) and the 5,000 (15:20.52)… named to the all-Niagara Region team for the 3,000-meter steeplechase... named E8 Track Athlete of the Year for the indoor season as Nazareth captured the team title… won the mile run (4:26.62) and finished second in the 800-meter run (1:58.95) and the 3,000-meter run (8:55.95)… competed at the All-Atlantic Regional Championship meet at the Amory Center in New York and finished 21^st in the 3,000 and 10th in the Distance Medley Relay… also posted personal-best times in the mile (4:21.07) and the 3,000 (8:39.06)… helped the men's cross country team win its third straight E8 championship in 2022, earning first-team all-conference with a fifth-place finish (26:08.3) over the 8k course at Houghton... placed 39th at the NCAA Division III Niagara Regional meet at Genesee Valley Park (26:41.80... named to the All-Academic team (3.30 GPA and ranked in the top 50 athletically) by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.

2021-22: Eells was a standout at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships, earning first-team all-conference in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:41.52) to earn first place and was second-team all-conference in the 1,500-meter run with a second place finish (4:13.06)... also finished eighth at in the 3,000 steeplechase (9:29.69) at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Moravian… indoor season featured fifth place in the 3,000-meter run (9:07.63) at the E8 Conference meet… Eells was among the Golden Flyers’ top runners during the 2021 cross country season as Nazareth captured its second straight Empire 8 Conference title... earned E8 Rookie of the Year honors and first-team all-conference after finishing seventh at the E8 Conference meet (26:13.5 for 8 kilometers) at Washington County Fairgrounds... finished 46th at the NCAA Niagara Regional race at Geneseo with an 8k time of 26:44.5... represented the Golden Flyers on the E8 Presidents' List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 or higher.

Scholastic: a graduate of Ithaca High School, Eells competed there in basketball, cross country and track... competed in four seasons of cross country and helped team capture the Section Four Class A title in 2019 with a seventh-place individual finish... recipient of Rich Bernstein Award for track and field in 2021 for willingness to compete in any event... also won Harold Porter Award for cross country that exemplifies work ethic, desire and team-first attitude... also won Fastest Freshman Award for cross country in 2017.
