Results 

Brockport, NY- Jack Pomykaj, Aaron Lunda and Holden Thomas competed in four of seven events on Friday for the heptathlon at the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite & Multi. Pomykaj is in fifth place overall with 2,466 points. 
 
Pomykaj had a new personal best in the high jump with a mark of 1.79 meters (5' 10" ½) which earned him second place.
 
He was fifth place in the 60-meter hurdles in a time of 7.40 and sixth in the long jump with a mark of 6.27 meters (20' 7"). 
 
Lund's best finish was sixth place in the shot put with a throw of 10.03 meters (32' 11"). 

The Golden Flyers return to action on Saturday, February 8 to complete the Brockport Golden Eagle Invite & Multi.
