Final Results

ROCHESTER, NY – Senior Lea Richard uncorked another school-record throw to win the Weight Throw at the All-Atlantic Regional Track and Field Championship Saturday and moved all the way up to 11th in the Nation to earn a spot in the NCAA Championship field.

The official selection announcement will be made Sunday evening.

Richard won the weight throw with her winning toss of 17.97 meters (58' 11 ½") on her fifth throw of the competition. The distance broke her own school record.

Teammate Hailey Webber finished 27th with a final distance of 13.41 meters (44' 0").

In the triple jump, a trio of Golden Flyers were led by sophomore Sydney LaSalle who finished 9th overall with a final distance of 11.26 meters (36' 11 ½"). Senior Hannah Ragule was 15th with a jump of 11.03 meters (36' 2 ½") and fellow senior Isabella Heath placed 30th with a jump of 10.58 meters (34' 8 ½").

Also on Saturday, graduate student Emily Weaver placed 25th in the mile run with a time of 5:30.14.
