
Daughter of Brian and Patricia Ragule, Albany, N.Y... returning for her fifth track and field season, Ragule was a frequent competitor in the 2023-24 track and field seasons... earned a PR in the Pentathlon at the 2024 Bomber Invitational in February with a score of 2934, as well as high jump with a height of 1.44 meters... earned a PR in the 200 in February with a time fo 27.92... racked up multiple top finishes at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet including 2nd in the Pentathlon with a score of 2884 (1st in shot put PR distance 9.74 meters, 1st in long jump, 3rd in 60 meter hurdles, 6th in high jump, and 6th in the 800), third in long jump and triple jump with distances of 5.41 meters and 10.94 meters respectively, and 8th in 60 meter hurdles with a time of 10.31 seconds... at the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, Ragule placed 11th as part of the 4x200 with a total time of 1:48.09, 13th in long jump with a distance of 5.17 meters, and 15th in triple jump with a distance of 11.03 meters... at the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, she placed 4th in the heptathlon with a PR score of 3805 (2nd in shot put and long jump, 3rd in javelin throw PR distance 27.88 meters, 4th in 100 meter hurdles PR time 16.71 seconds, 4th in high jump and the 200, and 6th in the 800), as well as placing 5th in triple jump with a distance of 10.86 meters, 6th in the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 17.34 seconds, and 7th in long jump with a distance of 5.09 meters... at the AARTFC Outdoor Championship meet, Ragule placed 19th in the long jump with a distance of 5.12 meters, and 22nd in triple jump with a distance of 10.56 meters... named to the Academic All-District team (3.50 GPA minimum) by the College Sports Communicators... Empire 8 Second-Team Indoor honoree for pentathlon... Empire 8 Third-Team indoor honoree for long jump and triple jump... was named to the President's List for Academic Excellence in the spring 2024 semester.
2022-23: Ragule excelled for the Golden Flyers in multiple events in 2023 as Nazareth won Empire 8 Conference titles during both the indoor and outdoor seasons... finished second in the triple jump during the outdoor season with a personal-best leap of 11.26 meters (36 feet, 11.5 inches)... also second in the 4 x 100-meter relay (:49.53) and fifth in the long jump by soaring 5.35 meters (17 feet, 6.75 inches)... represented the Golden Flyers at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Susquehanna and finished seventh in the triple jump (36 feet, 9.75 inches)... also had success at the E8 Indoor meet in finishing second in the pentathlon (2,917 points), thanks to personal-bests in the shot put (31 feet, 1.75 inches) and the 800-meter run (2:38.98)... also leaped to a personal-best in the long jump (5.42 meters / 17 feet, 9.5 inches) to finish fourth... represented the Golden Flyers on the E8 Presidents' List (3.75 GPA and higher) for the fall and spring semesters... named to the Academic All-District team (3.50 GPA minimum) by the College Sports Communicators.
2021-22: Ragule finished third at the triple jump at the Empire 8 Indoor Championships with a jump of 10.92 meters (35' 10") to earn third-team all conference... had a stellar Empire 8 Outdoor Championships finishing second in the triple jump at 11.16 meters (36' 7.5") to earn second-team all conference... was part of the third-place finishing 4 x 100-meter relay (50.87), good for third-team all-conference.
2020-21: Ragule excelled for the Golden Flyers in her first season both indoors and outdoors in 2021... named Empire 8 Conference Rookie of the Year for the indoor season after winning the conference title in the triple jump with a leap of 10.65 meters (34 feet, 11 1/4 inches)... also finished third in the long jump at 4.93 meters (16 feet, 2 1/4 inches), fifth in the 60-meter hurdles (10.28) and fifth in the high jump at 1.42 meters (4 feet, 7 3/4 inches)... outdoor season featured second place in the triple jump (10.98 meters), third in the long jump with a season-best of 5.22 meters (17 feet, 1 1/2 inches), fifth in the 100-meter hurdles (:16.84) and second in the 4 x 400-meter relay (:50.90)... had a leap of 10.99 meters (36 feet, 3/4 inch) in the triple jump to finish eighth at the All-Atlantic Regional meet.
Scholastic: a graduate of Cohoes High School, Ragule competed in soccer and track and field... excelled as a triple jumper for the track and team and captured the Section Two outdoor title in 2019... also ran on two sectional-winning relays... named team MVP four straight years... served as 2020 class valedictorian.
