ROCHESTER, NY – The Nazareth College Golden Flyers extend their undefeated streak to 10-0 as they down Hilbert College in a 3-0 sweep Wednesday night in a men's volleyball conference match. Scores were 25-20, 25-11, 25-22.

Second ranked Nazareth College improves their record to 10-0 overall and 5-0 in conference play with Wednesday night's victory. Hilbert College falls to 3-10 overall and 1-5 in the conference.

The Golden Flyers stayed strong in their attack with 46 kills and six errors in 75 attempts giving them a .533 percentage for the game. Freshman Tim Zyburt lead the way with a total of 14 kills. Teammates Bobby Beeman and Luke Lawatsch followed with eight and six kills respectively.

On the defensive end Nazareth recorded nine blocks and 21 digs. Sophomore Nick McDonagh lead the team with 3 blocks and Senior EJ Wells-Spicer recorded a game high 32 assists and team high four digs.

The Golden Flyers are on the road this weekend for the Baruch Tournament. They will be competing against Emmanuel, Kean, Rivier, and Baruch.
