ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- Sophomore Kristi Custer had eight kills in 10 attempts and junior setter Kate Zwickl amassed 37 assists as visiting Nazareth defeated the University of Rochester in a non-conference women's volleyball match Wednesday in three sets. Scores were 25-22, 25-17, 25-22.

The victory was the 18th in the last 19 matches for the Golden Flyers, who improved to 26-7 overall. The Yellowjackets are 10-20 overall.

Zwickl had three service aces and eight digs in addition to her 37 assists. Freshman Audrey Zimmerman added seven kills and junior Mallorie Clary totaled 24 digs.

Nazareth closes out its regular-season schedule at the New York Regional Challenge at RIT this weekend. The Golden Flyers play Brockport and New York University Saturday at 2:30 and 5 p.m. respectively on Saturday. They play Ithaca and RIT Sunday at 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
