GREENWOOD, Ind. (nazathletics.com) - Nazareth Men's Track and Field had six student-athletes recognized for their success in the classroom and in competition, earning 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors.
The CSC Academic All-District Team recognizes student-athletes who excel both academically and athletically. Eligible nominees must be at least sophomores academically and athletically, maintain a cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher, and satisfy sport-specific competition requirements.
Graduate student Jack Pomykaj led the group of honorees with a 3.71 undergraduate GPA and a 3.86 graduate GPA while pursuing a degree in inclusive adolescent education.
Joining Pomykaj on the Academic All-District Team were Cam Almy, who owns a 3.82 GPA in biomedical sciences; Michael Puglisi, who maintains a 3.75 GPA in physical therapy; Gavin McAllister, who carries a 3.60 undergraduate GPA and a 3.70 graduate GPA in occupational therapy; Connor Jackson, who holds a 3.68 GPA in literacy education; and Graeden Heichberger, who has compiled a 3.66 GPA in physical therapy.
The CSC Academic All-District Team is designed to recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined achievements in competition and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, with Academic All-America teams scheduled to be announced later this summer.
