2024-25 // JUNIOR
- Was a frequent competitor for the Golden Flyers
- At the Empire 8 Outdoor Championships, captured 1st in the decathlon with a PR score of 6173 (1st in the 100 with 11.27, 1st in long jump at 6.63m, 1st in pole vault at 4.45m, 1st in 110 hurdles at 15.72, 2nd in shot put, high jump, 400, and 1500, 3rd in javelin, and 6th in discus)
- At the AARTFC Indoor Championships, placed 6th in the heptathlon with a score of 4470 (4th in pole vault at 4.30m, 5th in hurdles, and 7th in the 1000)
- At the Empire 8 Indoor Championships, finished 3rd in the heptathlon with 4584 points (1st in 60 hurdles, 2nd in pole vault, 3rd in the 60, and 4th in the 1000)
- At the Cardinal Classic, placed 2nd in the 110 hurdles (15.92) and cleared 4.20m in pole vault
- At the Rochester Spring Twilight, ran 11.28 in the 100, cleared 1.75m in high jump, and vaulted 4.16m for 5th
- At the Brockport Invite, finished 4th in heptathlon (4528), highlighted by 2nd in high jump (1.79m) and 3rd in pole vault (4.25m)

2023-24 // SOPHOMORE
- Was a frequent competitor for the Golden Flyers
- at the Empire 8 Indoor Championship meet, took first in the heptathlon with a PR score of 4405 (1st in pole vault PR height 4.45 meters, 1st in the 60 PR time 7.25 seconds, 1st in long jump, 3rd in high jump, 3rd in 60 meter hurdles, 3rd in the 1000, 4th in shot put), second in pole vault (PR, 4.45 m), and 8th in the 60 and long jump with a time of 7.37 seconds and a distance of 6.27 meters
- At the AARTFC Indoor Championship meet, placed 3rd in the heptathlon with a score of 4372 (1st in pole vault, 3rd in the 60, 5th in long jump, 5th in the 1000 PR time of 3:01.44, 7th in shot put, 7th in 60 meter hurdles, and 10th in high jump)
- Earned a PR in the high jump (1.69 m) at Brockport in April
- At the Empire 8 Outdoor Championship meet, took first in the decathlon with a score of 5954 (1st in the 100 PR time 11.16, 1st in long jump, 1st in pole vault, 1st in 1500, 2nd in shot put PR distance 9.70 meters, 2nd in 110 hurdles PR time 16.04, 2nd in javelin throw (PR, 39.01 m), 2nd in high jump, 2nd in the 400, and 4th in disc throw (PR, 28.43 m)
- Placed 2nd in long jump (PR, 6.71 M), placed 2nd in the 4x100 (43.01 s), and placed 3rd in pole vault (4.30 m)
- At the AARTFC Outdoor Championship meet, took 3rd in the decathlon with a PR and Nazareth record score of 6005 (1st in pole vault, 2nd in the 100, 3rd in the 400 with a PR time of 51.85 seconds, 3rd in the 1500, 4th in long jump, 5th in 110 hurdles, 5th in disc throw, 6th in high jump, 8th in shot put, and 9th in javelin throw)
- Holds Nazareth 4x100 record at 43.17 seconds
- Named to the All-Academic team (3.30 GPA and ranked in the top 50 athletically) by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association

2022-23 // FRESHMAN
- Excelled in multiple events for the Golden Flyers
- Finished first in the decathlon at the Empire 8 Conference Outdoor Championships at Utica to help Nazareth to its first-ever team title. Winning score of 5,493 included top performances in the pole vault (4.20 meters / 13 feet, 9.25 inches), the 110-meter hurdles (:16.99) and the shot put (9.33 meters / 30 feet, 7.5 inches)
- Went on to place third in the same event at the All-Atlantic Regional meet at Susquehanna with a score of 5,616 featured 6.23 meters in the long jump (20 feet, 5.25 inches); :52.33 in the 400-meter dash; 27.59 meters (90 feet, 6 inches) in the discus; 37.43 meters (122 feet, 10 inches) in the javelin and 4:52.45 in the 1,500-meter run
- During the indoor season, Nazareth also captured the Empire 8 team title as Pomykaj finished second in the pole vault (3.85 meters / 12 feet, 7.5 inches) and fourth in the heptathlon with a score of 4,122 included 7.29 in the 60-meter dash; 1.64 meters (5 feet, 4.5 inches) in the high jump and 3:06.06 in the 1,000-meter run
- Represented the Golden Flyers for the fall and spring semesters on the E8 Presidents’ List for student-athletes with GPAs of 3.75 and higher.
HIGH SCHOOL
- Graduate of Maple Hill High School, where he participated in indoor and outdoor track there
- During indoor season, competed in the 60-meter dash, long jump, 4 x 200-meter relay, and pole vault
- During outdoor season, competed in 100-meter dash, 4 x 100-meter relay, long jump and pole vault
- Helped team to Section Two titles in 2019, 2021 and 2022
- Earned Patroon Conference First Team All-Star for Outdoor Track in 2021 and 2022
- Played three seasons of varsity soccer and was a second-team Patroon Conference all-star
- Earned NYSPHSAA Sportsmanship award for soccer in 2022
