ROCHESTER N.Y - The Nazareth Track and Field team traveled to Ithaca for the last chance meet on Saturday May. The Golden Flyers had many great performances making for a successful day for the Nazareth team. 

How It Happened: 

• Griffin Killian placed 5th in the Long Jump, jumping 6.13 meters (20"1 ½' ft ) 

• In the Pole Vault event Jack Pomykaj placed 6th overall vaulting, 4.45 meters (14' 7 ¼"), Evan Laurenzo placed 8th vaulting, 4.30 meters (14' 1 ¼") 

• Brennan Farr placed 11th overall in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:01.76, Thaun Nguyen placed 13th crossing the line with a time of 2:02.42 

• In the 200 meter dash Nicholas Driver placed 10th crossing the line with a time of 22.74, coming in right after was Jack Healy in 11th place with a time of 22.75 

• Aaron Lund placed 5th in the 400 meter hurdles crossing the line with a time of 56.85

Next, the Golden Flyers will compete at the Regional Championship meet in Collegeville, PA, on Wednesday May 13th.
