ROCHESTER N.Y  The Nazareth Track and Field team traveled to the University of Rochester for the Alumni invitational on Sunday, April 19th. Many great performances occurred making for a successful day. 

 How It Happened: 

• Felicity Scherer raced the 3000-meter Steeplechase and took 5th place overall with a time of 12:27.18. Alia Grazidei came in soon after with a time of 12:48.26, placing 8th overall.

• Isabel Morse had a second place finish in the Pole Vault event, vaulting 3.81 meters (12'6"). Madyson Bush came in soon after 3.06 meters (10'½") finishing 4th and Elise Mancini coming in at 5th place vaulting 2.91 meters (9'6 ½") 

• In the 100-meter hurdles finals Kaitlyn Burt placed first overall with a time of 17.15. In 4th place was Jenna Hostetler (17.87).

• Nadia Dudley raced the 10,000-meter race and placed 2nd with a time of 44:47.43.

• Emily Rolince placed 5th overall in the Shot Put with a throw 10.76 meters (35'3 ¾").

Next, the Golden Flyers will compete at St. John Fisher on Saturday, April 25 starting at 10 a.m.
