Washington Heights, NY - The Nazareth Women's Track and Field team traveled to the NCAA All-Atlantic Regional Meet at The Nike Track & Field Center in the Armory on Friday 3/6 and wrapped up day one of the championship meet. Nazareth currently sits at 4th place with more events to follow on Saturday.
MEET NOTES:

The 4x400 meter team of Alexis Lasher, Amber Hayes, Mariah Legrow and Samantha Luba relay placed 6th with a time of 3:56.83, breaking the school record and currently ranked 34th in the nation

The Distance Medley Rely team including Kelsey Fahy, Abigail Bowman, Ava Baker and Ella Impaglia had an honorary finish placing 5th with a time of 12:16.96, which was also a school record.

In the Long Jump Alaina Morley jumped 5.48 meters (17'11" ¾)

Emily Rolince placed 13th overall in the shot put throwing 11.99 meters (39'4" ft)

The Pole Vaulters dominated the boards with grabbing 3rd, 7th, 13th and 15th place

Nazareth will continue to compete in the NCAA All-Atlantic Regional Meet for the second day of the championship meet on March 7th.
