ROCHESTER, N.Y. The Nazareth Track and Field team hosted the Division 3 Elite meet on Saturday 2/14 to wrap up the final day of the 2 day meet.  The Golden Flyers had a successful day with many great PR's and performances to be proud of. 
 
How It Happened:

• In the 800 meter race the Kelsey Fahy and Mariah LeGrow put up quite the fight and raced to earn 1st and 3rd place
  • Fahy 2:22.28
  • Legrow 2:23.43
• In the final round of the 60m hurdles Amber Hayes had a stellar performance and placed 2nd overall with a time of 9.21 
• Ella Impaglia took 1st place in the mile with Meghan Moyer finishing soon after crushing her previous PR
  • (1s) Impaglia 5:18.08
  • (7th) Moyer 5:36.98
• Madyson Bush had on outstanding performance placing 2nd in the triple jump, jumping 10.58m (34-8 ½ ft) 

Meet Notes:

• Kelsey Fahy's performance in the 800m race not only earned herself a 1st place title but a new personal record, smashing her previous time of 2:26.51 and a acquiring a regional qualifying time 
• Alaina Morley placed 4th in the High Jump and brought in a new personal record, previously jumping 1.47m (4-9 ¾ ft) in 2024 to now jumping 1.53m (5-0 ½ ft)

• The Golden Flyers will host the Conference Tune-Up on Friday February 20th starting at 3:30 P.M. in the Gollisano Training Center
