Griffin Bond and Chris Benedict of the Nazareth men's tennis team have been named to the Academic All-District team that was released by College Sports Communicators (CSC) on Tuesday, a recognition for the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.

To be considered, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and have a cumulative GPA of 3.50. 

Bond holds a 4.0 GPA in History and Benedict a 3.71 GPA in Marketing.
