McKercher and Denkenberger Tabbed USILA All-America Honorable Mention

ROCHESTER, NY – The United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) announced its All-America Teams with attackman Quinn McKercher and faceoff specialist Jakob Denkenberger earning honorable mention.

It was the third-straight year that McKercher was named an honorable mention all-american. In his final campaign, McKercher led Nazareth in points (75), goals (45) and assists (30). He was named the Empire 8 Offensive Player of the Year for the second time. McKercher goes down as the all-time leader in goals scored at Nazareth with 210, while his 329 points ranks second.

Denkenberger burst onto the stage as a senior at the faceoff x, winning 70 percent of his faceoffs. His .702 win percentage ranked seventh nationally. He won 285 faceoffs of 406 – the 285 ranks third on the Nazareth single season record book. He finished the season with 173 ground balls, equating to 9.11 ground balls per game, ranking him 15th nationally.
