Scholar All-Americans l Team Academic

ROCHESTER, NY – United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) recently announced its academic awards for 2026 with six Nazareth players, along with the team being recognized. Cole Slimak, William O'Neill, Connor Fundis, Kyle Rosenberger, Joey Hathorn, and Luke Suchyna, were all recognized as Scholar All-Americans. In addition, the team was recognized with the Team Academic Award for having a 3.0 or higher GPA.
 
A Scholar All-American must be nominated by his coach and be a student in his final year of eligibility with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 (4.0 scale). He will have behaved in a manner that has brought credit to himself, his institution and to college lacrosse both on and off the field. He must also be an All-American, a member of a North/South team, or an outstanding league or conference player.

For the year, the Nazareth men's team compiled a 3.36 GPA to earn on spot as an all-academic team.
