ROCHESTER, NY – 2013 was a season to remember for senior setter EJ Wells-Spicer as he was named the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Division III National Player of the Year. In that same season, Nazareth hosted the NCAA Division III Men's Volleyball Championship where the Golden Flyers advanced to the championship game before falling to Springfield.

In his senior campaign, Wells-Spicer delivered 1,198 assists (11.41 per set). He is the career leader at Nazareth in assists with 4,762.
