ROCHESTER, NY - Alycia Eaton delivered the best-ever finish for a women's track and field athlete on March 10, 2018 at the NCAA Indoor Championships when she took 3rd place in the triple jump. The junior had a leap of 11.89 meters (39 feet, ¼ inch) at Birmingham Crossplex in Birmingham, AL.
The triple jump of 11.89 meters (39 feet, ¼ inch) still remains a school record at Nazareth. Eaton was able to hit that mark on her final attempt, breaking her previous school record of 11.66 meters (38 feet, 3 1/4 inch).
