Finals Results
Ithaca, NY - The men's swimming and diving team competed at the Bomber Invitational and finished in seventh place (265) after day two. Ithaca still leads with 959 points.
The preliminary results from earlier in the day affected who would compete at the 6 p.m finals on Saturday
Ryan Hough racked up a third place finish with a time of 1:42.38 in men's 200-yard-freestyle, breaking his own school record of 1:42.65 set on 2/14/24. He also completed the men's 50-yard freestyle race with a time of 20.87 to take second place.
Two Golden Flyer relay teams placed in the final 200-yard freestyle relay race. William Danaher, Sam Romanosky, Adam DelGrand, and Hough took eleventh place with a time of 1:28.35. Lincoln Garwood, Solomon Panayil, Aidan Wilken, and Alexander Baxter received fifteenth place with a time of 1:34.10
In men's 1-meter diving, Will D'Agata racked up a third place finish for Nazareth with a score of 426.40.
DelGrand and Jackson Gerbes both placed in the men's 200-yard butterfly race. DelGrand took a twelfth place finish with a time of 2:06:56 and Gerbes took fourteenth place with a time of 2:09.25
The Golden Flyers will wrap up the Bomber Invitational event on Sunday at 9 a.m.
