Top 100 Moment: 2010 - Men's volleyball wins North East Collegiate Volleyball Association Tournament; Advance to first Molten Final 4

ROCHESTER, NY - The 2010 Nazareth men's volleyball team had a historic run in the North East Collegiate Volleyball Association Tournament (NECVA) as the 15th-seeded Flyers won four matches to win the title and earn a berth to the Molten Division III Championship. The Golden Flyers were the lowest seed to ever win the NECVA Championship and 2010 was the first time the program advanced to the Molten Championships.

In the NECVA tournament, #15 Naz took down #2 Baruch in five sets, #7 Ramapo in four sets, #6 MIT in three sets, and #4 Philadelphia Biblical in the title game in three sets.

Junior Hans Schroeder was named the Most Valuable Player of the NECVA Tournament.

Nazareth fell to UC Santa Cruz in the Molten semifinals and fell to Carthage in the consolation match.
