Track and Field Academic All-American Release

AUSTIN, TX – Graduate student Brenna Johnson added another high honor to her remarkable career as she was selected as an Academic All-American by the College Sports Communicators (CSC – formerly CoSIDA).

The sprinter and jumper has earned just about every academic and athletic award in her career. In 2022-23, Johnson earned the coveted NCAA Elite 90 Award, All-Region honor in both the long jump and 60-meter dash, Empire 8 Track Athlete of the Year and led the Golden Flyers to Empire 8 titles in both the Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Championships.

Johnson maintains a perfect 4.0 grade point average as a Physical Therapy major at Nazareth.
