Senior Josh Pomerleau tied for second place in the pole vault at the RIT Invitational and junior Kaleb Luton was third in the 60-meter hurdles at the Fast Track Invitational for the Nazareth College Men's Track and Field team.
Pomerleau cleared 4.25 meters (13' 11 ¼") to finish tied for second place in the pole vault.
Other top finishers at the RIT meet were junior Arthur Devasto finished 7th in the high jump as he cleared 1.75 meters (5' 8 ¾") and senior Christopher Perez was 5th in the weight throw with a toss of 16.23 meters (53' 3").
Luton finished in a virtual tie for second in the 60-metere hurdles on Staten Island in the Fast Track meet as he crossed the line in 8.127 seconds just .003 behind the second place finisher in the race.
Fellow junior Nathan Bowers had a career-best time in the 5K race as he placed 11th with a time of 15:19.40.
The Golden Flyers will host the Conference Tune-up meet next weekend at the Golisano Training Center.
