ROCHESTER, NY – Nazareth College Cross Country and Track & Field Associate Head Coach Mike Heymann was recently interviewed for the latest edition of the Nazareth Athletics podcast series. The podcast features interviews with coaches, student-athletes and staff at the college.

Heymann offered information about the training of the Nazareth cross country runners in their preparation for the indoor and outdoor track and field seasons as well as a spring cross country season. He gave his insights on the weekend competitions that the teams have taken part in this fall and how the future weekend Nazareth meets are designed to further the development of the distance and cross country programs.
