BETHLEHEM, PA - The Nazareth men's cross country team competed Friday at the Paul Short Run at Lehigh University, racing against a deep and competitive field. The Golden Flyers took 44th place their race. NYU took first place with 54 points. 

HOW IT HAPPENED:

• Senior Cameron Almy paced the Golden Flyers with another strong performance with a time of 26:24.6 to finish 234th. 

• Senior Connor Jackson Nazareth's second finisher, crossing in 269th place with a time of 27:06.7. 

• Close behind was freshman Rylan Powell, who placed 342nd overall in 27:51.9. 

• Senior Joseph Cataldo finished in 355th place finish in 28:01.5.

• Freshman Michael Naylor rounded out the top five for Nazareth finishing 363th in 28:13.3.

The Golden Flyers return to action on Saturday, October 11 competing at the Highlander Invitational at Houghton University.
