Geneseo, NY - Junior Alyica Eaton looked to improve her triple jump mark on Thursday at the Beautiful Valley Invite, and she did just that, vaulting an outdoor season-best of 11.58 meters (38 feet).

That jump was a half a foot better than her previous outdoor best and currently ranks her 29th in Division III.

Eaton was second behind her coach, Alex Wandy, who delivered a jump of 12.77 meters.  The Remsen, NY natives jump qualifies her for the All-Atlantic Regional meet on May 16/17.
