BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. -- Nazareth's men's and women's golf teams were in action Wednesday at LeMoyne's Mike Bello Invitational at Timber Banks Golf Club. In the men's tournament, Nazareth finished in a tie for fifth place in the team standings with a score of 336. In the women's competition, Nazareth was third with a score of 433.

Three Nazareth players -- seniors Colin Doran and Tyler Woodward and sophomore Nick Polito -- each posted scores of 11-over-par 83 to finish in a tie for 23rd place.  Freshmen Dan Strack and Andrew Lund posted scores of 87 and 95 respectively.

In the women's competition, sophomore Jamie Schmidt finished sixth with a score of 101. One stroke behond was sophomore Anne Czelusniak with 102. Freshman Jennifer Lachell (109). Sophomore Alyssa Moffat (121) and junior Mindy Fowler (145) also competed.
