Koch was named Allegheny Empire Swimmer of the Meet as he led the Golden Flyers to their first-ever conference championship in men's swimming and diving over the weekend. Koch won three individual events -- the 200 IM (1:53.87), the 400 IM (4:08.11) and the 200 butterfly (1:53.38) -- and swam on two winning relays (the 200 medley and 400 medley) as Nazareth outscored eight other teams to claim the title.
