GREENWOOD, Ind. (nazathletics.com) – Six Nazareth male student-athletes across three programs have been named to the College Sport Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, recognizing their combined excellence in competition and in the classroom.
Representing Men's Golf was
Lincoln Crosby, who earned the distinction with a 3.72 GPA while majoring in Finance.
Men's Ice Hockey placed three student-athletes on the Academic All-District Team.
Harrison Dumas, a Biomedical Sciences major, earned the honor with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Mark Meinecke, majoring in Accounting and Finance, posted a 3.87 GPA, while
Logan Tobias earned recognition with a 3.83 GPA in Business Leadership.
Men's Lacrosse had a pair of honorees in
William O'Neill and
Cole Slimak. O'Neill, a Business Leadership major, carries a 3.64 GPA, while Slimak owns a 3.72 GPA as a Biomedical Sciences major.
The CSC Academic All-District program recognizes student-athletes who excel both in competition and in the classroom. To be eligible, nominees must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher, and meet sport-specific participation requirements.
