ROCHESTER N.Y  The Nazareth Track and Field team traveled to the University of Rochester for the Alumni invitational on Sunday, April 19th.  

 How It Happened: 

• Evan Laurenzo had a first place finish in the pole vault, vaulting 3.88 meters (12'8 ¾"). 

• In the Hammer Throw Graeden Heichberger took 3rd place overall throwing 53.38 meters (175'1"), Heichberger also placed first overall in the Shot Put throwing 16.75 meters (54'11 ½").

• In the 400-meter race Benjamin Brewer placed 15th overall racing to a time of 55.16

• Christian Schuler placed 8th in the 3000-meter Steeplechase crossing the line with a time of 10:36.86 .

Next the Golden Flyers will compete at St. John Fisher on Saturday, April 25 starting at 10 a.m.
