WESBTER, N.Y. (nazathletics.com) – The Nazareth men's swimming and diving team capped off their season with a four day stint at the Webster Aquatics Center to compete in the 2025-26 Empire 8 Swimming and Diving Championships. Saturday marked the final day of competition, and the Golden Flyers finished in 5th place with 219 total points.

HOW IT HAPPENED 

• Gianluca Antonini took 8th position in the 1650 Yard Freestyle with a time of 17:31.92 

• The 400 Yard Freestyle Relay team of Antonini, Alexander Baxter, William Maxfield, and Sam Romanosky claimed 5th place. They finished with a time of 3:20.99 

• Romanosky and David Martin both competed in the 200 yard Breaststroke, where they took 10th and 12th place respectively with times of 2:18.91 and 2:24.93 

WHAT'S NEXT 

The Golden Flyers' season comes to an end with their 4-day performance in Webster. They will return to action to begin the 2026-27 season in the Fall.
