ROCHESTER, NY - The Golden Flyers came out flying in the first period, scoring five unanswered goals to help cruise to a 10-1 victory over Brockport on Saturday night. 13 different Golden Flyers picked up points to help Nazareth improve to 14-6-3 and 8-5-1 in UCHC conference play. 
 
How It Happened:

• Nazareth came out flying to begin the game, scoring five straight goals to take a 5-0 lead after one period. 
• Will Halecki started the goal scoring just two minutes, putting home a rebound off the shot from Andrew Miller.
• Shortly after, Harrison Dumas would score two goals in just three minutes, to make it 3-0.
• A minute later, Matthew Schirm would score his first collegiate goal on an odd man rush to make it 4-0. Cameron Bauer had the assist on the play.
• Blake Frost capped off the period's scoring, burying one from the high slot after a sharp passing play with Mathieu Fehr and Charles Ross
• The second period was more of the same for the Golden Flyers, as they added four more goals to take a 9-1 lead into the intermission. Nate Mann, Logan Tobias, Daisuke Egusa, and Blake Frost accounted for the scoring.
• The Golden Flyers would add on one more late in the third as Will Halecki picked up his second goal of the game.
• The shots on goal finished 33-25 in favor of the Golden Flyers.

Game Notes:

• This was Nazareth's largest margin of victory on the season
• Harrison Dumas, Will Halecki, and Blake Frost picked up two goals a piece
• Matthew Schirm scored his first collegiate goal while Daisuke Egusa scored his first of the season
• Goaltender Paul Dalessio stopped 24/25 shots
• Seven players recorded multi‑point nights, including three point each for Will Halecki, Logan Tobias, and Charles Ross
