Rochester, N.Y. – The Nazareth men's swimming and diving team celebrated their seniors on Friday at their home pool. They suffered a loss to Alfred University by a score of 268-36.

How It Happened

• Sophomore David Martin placed 3rd in the 200m Individual Medley with a time of 2:38.82, adding 3 more points to the Golden Flyers' total score

• Junior Solomon Panayil took 2nd in the 100m Freestyle, clocking a time of 1:01.54

• Senior Alexander Baxter finished in 3rd position in both the 200m Freestyle (2:15.48) and 50m Backstroke (38.24)

• Freshman William Maxfield took 2nd place in both the 50m Freestyle (26.39) and the 100m Backstroke (1:08.81)

• Maxfield, Baxter, Panayil, and junior Aidan Wilken competed together in the 200m Freestyle Relay, where they were runners up with a time of 1:46.81
   

What's Next

The Golden Flyers will continue their winter training in Florida until the commencement of the Spring semester.
