Gettysburg, PA – The Golden Flyers men's cross country team traveled to Gettysburg College for the Aubrey Shenk Invitational, where a flurry of personal bests were set. Nazareth took 8th place out of 34 teams in the 8km race, with a 5-runner score of 269. Lebanon Valley took the win with a score of 56. 
 
How It Happened:
	- 
	Nazareth's first finisher was senior Cameron Almy, who took 37th overall with a time of 26:02.1. Almy's performance on Saturday marked his personal-best college time in the 8km race and is the ninth-best time in Nazareth program history 
- 
	Second among Golden Flyers was freshman Kaedan Leonidas, who crossed the finish line in 26:37.0. He finished 54th overall and also turned in his personal-best 8km time at the college level. His tim ranks 16th on the all-time 8k list at Nazareth

	Freshman Rylan Powell finished the race in 70th position and third among Nazareth runners. He completed the race in 26.56.4. His time on Saturday's race makes him the third Golden Flyer to set a new 8km personal best.

	Rounding out the top five finishers were freshmen Grady Engelbert and Edward Popp, who turned in respective times of 27:00.8 and 27:03.3. They finished 75th and 79th individually and both set new personal bests for their young college careers.

Nazareth will be running next on Saturday, November 1st at the Empire 8 Championships hosted by St. John Fisher in Rochester, NY.
