OSWEGO, NY – The Nazareth women's tennis squad lost a close non-conference battle with Oswego on Wednesday, falling 4-3.
Nazareth is now 2-3 overall, while Oswego remains unbeaten at 10-0.
The Golden Flyers to the point in doubles after winning first and third doubles.
Catherine Zak and
Kenna Ellis won first doubles 6—2, while
Victoria Cioni and
Anna Spencer won by an identical score in the third slot.
Zak completed a sweep on the day, winning first singles 6-2, 4-6, 6-1.
The other winner on the day was
Sarah Stone at third singles, taking her match 6-3, 6-4.
