ROCHESTER, NY - In just its third season, the Nazareth men's lacrosse team made its first NCAA appearance on May 11, 1988 when the Golden Flyers fell to Hobart 17-12 in the first round. Hobart went on to win the national championship over Ohio Wesleyan.
In the NCAA loss, Rich Kilgour and Gerry Gutchess each tallied three goals.
