ROCHESTER, NY - Tom Sippie delivered a lasting performance in his final race as a senior at Nazareth, finishing fifth (47.61) in the 400-meter dash at the NCAA Men's Track and Field Championships at Wartburg College. His time of 47.61 was the Nazareth school record and continues to be the record today.
Sippie's fifth place finish made his just the second Nazareth outdoor All-American. Nick Stenuf earned All-American honors in the 800-meter run for Nazareth in 2006 and again in 2008.
