LEWISBURG, PA – Five Nazareth distance runners took to the track on Saturday against some stiff competition, including division I athletes, at the Bucknell Bison Outdoor Classic held at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium.
The top finish of the day came from junior
Cade Eells who had a strong showing in the 3,000-meter steeplechase. Eells clocked a 9:23.59 for 13
th place out of 67 runners.
Nathan Bowers ran one of the last races of the day, placing 83
rd in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:09.28.
On the women's side, sophomore
Ella Impaglia took 86
th place in the 1,500 in a time of 5:00.96.
Emily Weaver ran a11:47.48 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase which was 30
th place.
Lilianna Hanning clocked a 19:13.01 in the 5,000 which was 61
st place.
