Top 100 Moment: Christa Downey - Volleyball kills records in 2001 (led NCAA at 7.45 kills per game) and 2002 (kills in a season with 1,065)

ROCHESTER, NY - Christa Downey was a dominant volleyball player for the Golden Flyers 2000-2002, setting multiple NCAA records along the way. In 2001, she led NCAA Division III averaging 7.45 kills per game. She followed that up in 2002, leading the nation for kills in a season with 1,065.

In just three seasons, Downey tops Nazareth's record books for kills with 2,984 and is second in digs with 2,089.
