CICERO, NY – With the fall portion of the Empire 8 Men's Golf complete after two days, the Nazareth squad finished in second place with a +53 at the Lakeshore Yacht and Country Club. Freshman Charlie Calcagni is the top finisher for Nazareth at this point in a tie for fifth place at +10. 
 
The 36-hole spring portion of the E8 Championship is scheduled for April 2025. The team with the lowest score at the conclusion of the four rounds will be crowned league champion. The 2024-25 Empire 8 Champion receives an automatic berth into the 2025 NCAA Division III Men's Golf Championship, set for May 20-23 at Midvale Country Club in Penfield, NY, hosted by St. John Fisher University
 
St. John Fisher is the overall leader at 604 (+28), followed by Nazareth (+53), Utica 637 (+61), Oswego 638 (+62), Sage 663 (+87), Keuka 684 (+108), Canton 683 (+117), and Poly at 723 (+147).
 
RJ Juodaitis of St. John Fisher is leading the event at +5 overall.
 
Calcagni moved up two spots from day one (78), by carding a 76 (+4) for a two-day total of 154 (+10), good for a tie for fifth place.
 
Lincoln Crosby went 77, 78 for a two-day score of 155 (+11) which has him in solo seventh place.
 
Anthony Falgiatano, who set the pace for the Golden Flyers after day one with a 76, shot an 80 on day two to finish +12 and sit in a tie for 8^th place.
 
Vincent Falgiatano shot an 81 on Monday to finish with a two-day score of 164 (+20) and earn 16h place.
 
Thomas McIntosh is in a tie for 20^th place at +23 and Parker Watson in a tie for 24^th place at +24.
